At Elcom, we can provide fully customized products that integrate resistors, terminal blocks (for wiring), cooling fans, and more into chassis or sheet metal boxes for customers using multiple resistors. As the number of resistors increases and the capacity grows, it becomes necessary to compactly unitize the design. Therefore, we offer total support from layout design to parts procurement (management) and assembly. In the past, we have also provided custom solutions for ultra-high capacity types exceeding 18KW. ■ We accommodate various custom specifications! - Chassis and box shapes and sizes can be customized down to 1mm increments. - We can add protective features (such as thermal fuses and thermostats). - We can accommodate specified resistance values (Ω) from customers (though there is a range of resistance values that can be manufactured). - Wiring for resistors can be configured in series, parallel, or series-parallel. - Power enhancement through forced air cooling (FAN). - Voltage withstand can be increased through enhanced insulation (e.g., 2,500V → 5,000V). *For more details, please refer to the catalog or contact us directly.
